As the surface of the heat-treated workpiece has black skin and uneven margin, the previously used tool often chipped, so the depth of cut could not be given too much, resulting in machining efficiency could not be improved. But SKG-10 type, the processing efficiency is 2.6 times of the original tool, and the whole process is stable, no chipping problem occurs, after processing 3 hours and 42 minutes to complete the roughing of the entire workpiece, there is still only a very small amount of wear and can continue to use.
